Vision for the Indaba Be an engaging, dynamic and ground-breaking event focusing on Transformation delivery at all levels of the mining sector across the country; 2. Move beyond the political debates surrounding Transformation and focus on the business imperative of transformation within the mining sector; 3. Provide a platform for analysis of what makes successful Transformation delivery and showcasing success stories from all pillars of Transformation; 4. Provide a forum for networking within the sector on Transformation issues, between mining companies within the same region and between mining companies and transformation solution providers; and 5.
