Prepare to Share (20 minutes) Expert Sharing Rounds (20 minutes Total) Team Debrief (5 minutes) Leave an Expert Behind Protocol (Total 45 minutes)

Blue Group (Blue Poster) – If you completed your Team Preparation Activity – Prepare poster on what you did Prepare to Share (20 Minutes)

Purple Group (Purple Poster) – If you did not complete your Team Preparation Activity – Begin to plan monitoring of one strategy from your SI Plan Prepare to Share (20 Minutes)

Both groups choose an “Expert” to stay with your poster to share your process and ideas with visitors from other teams 20 Minutes to work on your team poster Prepare to Share

Step 1: (5 minutes) – Briefly describe the strategy – Briefly share the process you used for monitoring strategy implementation or your plan for monitoring Step 2: (2 minutes) – Ask for any questions from the visiting team Step 3 (2 minutes) – Ask visitors to write down at least 1 piece of positive feedback and at least one question or wondering you still have about the process Expert stays with teams poster

Step 1: (5 minutes) – Listen to the Brief presentation by the Expert Step 2: (2 minutes) – Ask the any questions you have about the process for monitoring Step 3 (2 minutes) – On the Feedback form write down at least 1 piece of positive feedback and at least one question or wondering you may still have about the process – Leave feedback form with Expert Visitors travel to each Poster assigned to your team

Round One (9 minutes) Team 1 will go to Team 2 Team 2 will go to Team 3 Team 3 will go to Team 1 Teams assigned a Color Group and Number

Expert read the feedback forms out loud to the team – Discuss any feedback that strikes you or makes you think about your process Other team members share some things you learned from your visits – Did you experience any “aha” moments? – What did you learn that you may want to think about adding to your process? Team Debrief (5 Minutes)

Plan to attend face-to-face or virtually the Program Evaluation Training Complete your SI Plan Components by the district deadline (many have plan due in mid-May) Create implementation guides strategies in your SIP Determine how you will collect data What is next?
