Planning a lesson – PD requirements All teachers are asked to plan a lesson for the first 6 weeks using the common core curriculum maps. This is intended to be something you will implement in your classroom. Please pick up wherever you have left off planning – whether it is the first day of instruction or the 10 th … makes no difference. Work in groups where possible. Use the template provided and turn into your principal by Friday afternoon. He or she will forward to us for feedback. This will enable teachers to receive a full day of staff development credit.
