Objectives of the Presentation  To Present Some Reflections on the Connections between Assessment, Policy and Financial Arrangement  Discuss Way Forward

Setting the Context  We Have Multiple Sources and data sets on Assessment  ASER, PEAC, PEC, NEAS etc  But Why Student Assessments Needed ?  To Get Rid of Low Student Achievements  Cost-Benefit Analysis  How Assessment Results are Used--- Data, Policy, Budget Connections  Disease
