Making Your Website Public From the left panel of the Website Manager page, select Preview Website. A landing page will open. Click on the orange Preview Website button. A new window will open in Preview mode. Take time to proofread your site. Edit as needed. Preview again. Once you are satisfied with your content, select Publish Website from the left panel. A landing page will open, showing all pages with pending changes that will be published. Click on the orange Publish Website button. It will take a few minutes for all changes to be published. Once all your changes have finished publishing, you can click on Manage Your Website to view your new Active website status (updated automatically). Preview Your Site 1 2 Questions? Making Your Website Public Questions? Call the Help Desk at (Option 2) From the Website Manager main page, select Edit Your Domain. A new window will open where you can assign your domain name. Enter your web domain. (This is the web address that uniquely identifies your local website on the internet, such as If you do not have a domain, you may obtain one with any online web domain provider, such as GoDaddy.com. Write down the IP address of your website, as displayed in this window: Note: All local CBC websites will have the same IP address. Your access to that address will be uniquely identified, based upon your login credentials when using Website Manager. Click Save to save your domain information. Communicate your IP address credentials with your domain hosting provider. Test the success of your redirect by opening your internet browser and entering your local web domain address. Your site should now display - and your website is now public! Congratulations!
