Honesty Employers always want there workers to tell them the accurate info.

Communication skills Employers cant emphasize these skills enough You really need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively so that they know what you are talking about

Leadership skills This skill helps you to take charge and manage your co-workers You need to be productive, honest, and step up.

Planning/Organizing It would be best for you to have a planner so you can plan out everything for your job life. Your ability to design a plain and organization. Your able to fit everything into a timeline.

Flexibility You have to deal with new ideas new people and new jobs. you need to be able to do tasks that u haven't ever performed before
