Telephone Support – including technical support, information, advice and trouble shooting. Training – training for site editors. Annual Review – an assessment to support continued website improvement. Development of the Parishes web sites – design and testing of new functionality. A-Z of Services – maintenance of functionality. Web hosting – externally hosted service. Tools for Managing the site, including: - Content Management System – purpose-built solution for easy creation and management of content. - Control panel – Administrator tools for site management. Private member area – for your internal council use only. Unlimited archive – unlimited archive space for documents. Web site compliance – site designed to meet web accessibility standards.
