It is just as important for both female and male professionals that: -managers are consistent when decision-making -the design of the work organisation is crystal clear -the aims and objectives are make sense and are realistic -- the context of the undertaking is known to all -- they are able to use all their knowledge and competences at work -execellence in performance is rewarded within the organization -they are able to act on the basis of their own intuition and tacit knowledge
