Day one Transport Collective transfer out and In Geographical order of the itineraries Use of bicycles and moderate walks to do the visits

Day two Place? Whever we go We leave the place better than we found it Take short showers Reuse the towels

Day three Visit founts of fresh water Take time to observe the water Learning from it the way to live and give life Be like water kind and unstoppable

Day four Look for individual initiatives Small communities live with less They live every day at a time They live to contribute to the society

Day five Learn the sustainable process Take a fruit without damage to the tree The air we pollute is the air our children breath Planting more trees gives us more fruits

Day six Visit sustainable projects Industry well oriented is not bad Industrial recycle is welcome Thanks to industry we can process disposals rubbish

Day seven We We are part of the solution Doing what we can, where we are, with what we have. But doing it now
