2 Key Facts Date Chapter Started – 1993 or 16 years Total Members – 145 this is down from 08 by Continue to have a strong bank balance, as of 10/31/09 - $8,188. We report financial quarterly to the MSMA National Treasure. The filing of IRS Form 990 for Non Exempt Organizations in tax year Very strong and supportive local chapter and mailing community.

5 February - Held Round Table, topics were Gen Y, Diversity, & Marketing Yourself in a Challenging Economy w/ 41 in attendance. We also welcomed three new CMDSM into the elite group, Jen Baglio, Phyllis Filreis, & Laini Pound March - Co hosted the Impact Proven Solutions tour w/ over 80 in attendance. July - Annual Boat Cruise w/65 registered attendee’s. September - took part in the Midwest Mailing Forum w/ Booth and speaker sponsorship (Elizabeth Lombard) and we co sponsored the evening social event 2009 was an election year so there were many behind the seen activities that focused around this. November - Annual meeting with Kimberly Sandberg form Ignitus & social Media and Myself speaking on the State of our Chapter and National Events

6 Challenges for 2010 Membership due increase from $75 individual to $100 & corporate from $175 to $200. (PayPal) National dues changed from 30/70 to 40/60. Certification Renewal fees increased to $100 members & $200 non members as well as the retake fee for exams increases to $200. Keeping website current.

7 What 2010 Brings We’ve already been focusing on 2010 events. We will form another study group for interested participants who want to gain certification as CMDSM & CMDSS, we’ll proctor locally. We are committed to find ways to enhance member benefits. The stepping down of three Director at Large Board members; Kraig Rule, Michelle Reynolds, & Dana Garies. The addition of four new Director at Large position voted in by you the membership. Laini Pounds, CMDSM, EMCM, MQC, Mark Johnson, Kim Hillman, & John Joachim, CMDSM, EMCM, MQC.
