Time, Talent, Treasure & Tomorrow Instructions for Part CD QI Initiative Face-to-Face Session Storyboard: Time, Talent, Treasure & Tomorrow Each Storyboard should consist of 5 slides: 1 cover slide that identifies your agency, 4 additional slides that describe an improvement project implemented in 2012 or your planned 2013 project What project did you select and why/how was it selected? or what project do you plan on implementing and why? What improvement methodology was used and what tests of change did you employ? or what do you plan to do? What measures did you use to track your progress? or what measures will you use? What were your results? or how will you know when it’s time to systematize change (what is your goal)? Please feel free to personalize your slides! Add color, unique fonts, pictures, graphs, designs….anything that helps to tell your story!
