Mrs. Parker Math 7 th /Algebra I Honors

 Students are expected to follow all policies and rules in accordance with the PAMS handbook  105 Minute blocks:  9:15AM-11:00AM or 12:10PM-2:00PM (A1/B1) (A2/B2)  Come ready to learn:  Go to the bathroom  Come prepared (with all required supplies and agenda)  Behave  Attend (1 block = 2 math lessons)

 Assigned 2-3 times per week  Checked for completion

 Homework 10%  Test/Quiz/Classwork/Other 90%  Classwork has a weight of one  Quizzes have a weight of two  Tests have a weight of four

 NO LATE HOMEWORK IS ACCEPTED  NO MAKE-UPs UNLESS:  Student has an excused absence and a signed note…then:  Students responsibility  All make-ups must be done promptly  Test/quiz make-ups must be done before school or during PAMS time & must be made up no later than one week after the initial assessment was given in class.

 School = Classroom set  Home = Online Textbook  Ask your child if they know their username and password for their online textbook.

 Homework Center will begin October 1:  Before School  Monday-Friday from 7:40-8:40AM in the Cafeteria  After School  Monday-Thursday from 3:55-5:30PM in Rm 405  Math tutoring will begin October 1 st :  Before School  Stay tuned!  After School  Stay tuned!  Activity buses are available for after school transportation.

 Remember: SOL’s will be near the end of the school year in May:  May 15 th —Algebra  May 28 th —Math 7  ALL middle school SOL’s are May 15 th -June 9 th.
