Slovakia is right in the middle of Europe - heart of the continent people - kind and hearty, always ready to help bread with salt – typical welcome meal

 Almost each community, village or town has its own costumes, speech, songs and dances  It has a very long history in the Slovak culture  Every year there are international festivals of folklore in Východná or Detva.

 It’s the original product of Slovakia.  The genuine "bryndza" cheese is prepared from milk without the help of pasteurisation. It’s very healthy and also very delicious.  Our national meal “Bryndzové halušky” is made from this ingredient.

 The ruins of Spiš - one of the largest castle sites in the Central Europe.  Spišské Podhradie and Žehra, in the region known as Spiš.  travertine rock  1993 in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites  was destroyed by flame
