LET ME JUST SAY SOMETHING REALLY FAST! Think about it. Many foods that are in western civilization. All contain wheat Cereal, toast, and pancakes for breakfast. Sandwiches and burritos for lunch. Pasta or pizza for Dinner. Sound Familiar?

How carbohydrates are effecting your blood sugar Every food that consists of a carbohydrate effects your blood sugar differently. Bread has the highest amount of sugar. Which when eaten makes your blood spike, causing a heavy production of insulin.

What is Insulin? Insulin is a hormone that is release into the blood stream to regulate the metabolism of carbohydrates and fat in the body.

What should you take from this? High sugar foods like bread and wheat containing products spike your insulin in your body, which ultimately causes the body to store fat instead of burn it. However, eating low sugar foods keeps insulin levels low in your system, making your body burn fat as an energy source.

EAT LOW SUGAR FOODS AND BURN FAT! Here are some alternatives to wheat! Brown rice, SWG Sprouted Wheat Bread, Sweet Potatoes. The consumption of these type of foods depend on your amount of exercise Vegetables are ideal. The greener the better.
