Consideration: Carts & Colleagues All laptops are numbered, teachers must ASSIGN laptops to students and keep track of student users Teachers should make sure students SHUT DOWN their laptops before putting them in the mobile cart Place all laptops in their labeled slots with wires NEATLY in appropriate slots Plug power wires back into laptops, however, DO NOT leave computers charging over night (turn off power switch in the back or unplug) Before allowing your students to print, please make sure select the pages that they want to print and are not selecting excess pages. Create and enforce printing rules for your class Cart & key must be returned to the floor cart point person

Technology Contracts ALL students must read & sign a technology contract before beginning to use laptops/computers in our school Parents/Guardians must also read & sign contract These contracts are an official agreement & will be filed ANY violation of this contract will terminate a student’s privilege to use a laptop/computer

I will use the technology equipment for educational purposes only. When using school computers, I will: ▫be polite ▫use appropriate language ▫not look at or use anyone else's work without permission
