E-Commerce Definition: “The use of inter-networked computers to create and transform inter-business and/or business- consumer relationships.” Research objective: “What specific challenges do South African industries encounter and how can e-commerce contribute to their development?”
Research Macro & sector researches completed and included in preliminary report Sectors: Education, Retail, Insurances, Telecommunications, Banking Now organizations in these sectors will be looked at by 2 participants per organization Finally, an answer to the research objective will be given and included in final report
