1. Organisation Structure  Give your comments to the structure of a future e-organisation, as to: Ability to respond immediately Take advantage of competitive advantages Be flexible for the employees  Make a proposal for a structure

2. Leadership  In e-organisations there will be very little time for fighting amongst managers Why do you think it is like that? What kind of leadership style do you recommend?

3. People and culture  Characterise the new employees in an e-organisation  How will you build up a culture to fit the rapid change in the e-world?  How can you support a culture that makes it worth to be innovative?

4. Coherence  The value-chain is the basic structure in a flexible e-organisation  What will you suggest to make people aware of the fact that all they are doing should be of importance to the value chain?

5. Knowledge  How can an e-organisation make sure that the it has the knowledge to innovate constantly?

6. Alliances  An e-organisation means a break-up of the conventional thinking about alliances for an organisation  Do you think it would be a good idea for an e-organisation to make alliances with customers? Competitors? Other service or product providers?

7. Governance  How do you think it will be possible to govern such an flexible, innovative and non-hierarchical e-organisation?
