Organizing and management of trade in Domodedovo city as an example of Trading Center “Prestige” The project has been carried out by the fourth-year students Vedernikova Svetlana and Ogorodnikov Andrei Faculty “Finance and Credit” The object

The subject of the study Contemporary financial and economic state of business. Analysis of the activity, application of the results of study to practice to make the enterprise more profitable.

The tasks of the object 1.Analysis of production and management; 2.Study of Trading Complex “Prestige” activity during the period ; 3.To develop recommendations for improving the management and activity at “Prestige” enterprise.

The object of the project: Trading Complex “Prestige” Address: Domodedovo city,8 Korneev street Activity selling: goods, house-hold chemical goods, perfume and cosmetics and knitted fabric.

The importance of administrative management The main goal of every business is to achieve maximum profit which directly depends on effective management of capital goods. Searching production reserves for business is the aim of the head of the enterprise and the result of its activity leads to effective and profitable management of financial resources. Neglecting the contemporary market demands and style of management may bring to continuous struggle for surviving. Management of the business involves an idea of planning and controlling results. One should be well-informed about the tendency and changes in the economy within the enterprise itself. Understanding and analysis of economic information are basis factors of management.

Estimation of the effectiveness at “Prestige” Ltd. Analysis of the effectiveness at the enterprise has revealed the following indices: -Commodity turnover has increased to ,72 rubles in 2008 as compared with ,6 rubles in 2007; -Profitability of the business has increased to 15 % in 2008 as compared with 10% in Thus, it means that trading center “Prestige” in years was functioning with average effectiveness, that is its profitability raised to 15%, inflation to 15%, turnover increased to 25 %. Conclusion: In spite of the fact that profitability increased in 2008 some indices such as volume of non-realized goods and application of non-popular trade marks brought to the decrease of business activity. So, for the purpose of further improvement of the business we recommend to put in practice the following actions.

-For meeting season demands available stock should be realized; -Different forms of advertising should be applied; -Sales at lower prices; -In order to attract regular clients give them discounts; -To distribute free of charge samples of goods; -To reveal customers’ needs and wants; -Questionnaires should be used; -It may be reasonable to correct commodities price-list; -Not supply the customers with less preferable trends and brends; -To supply the customers with commodities that should attract them; -To use payment terminal in order to increase the activity of the Trading Center “Prestige”.
