Genesis 1:11 “And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.”

All living things were created with the ability to reproduce themselves.

Genesis 1:22 “And God blessed them, saying, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.” Genesis 1:28 “Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

Summary  God created plants and animals full grown  They had the ability to reproduce themselves  He could have continued creating everything  He chose to make them with the power to reproduce

 God’s law of reproduction applies in the church 1 Cor. 12:28 “And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues.” Acts 2 = the day of Pentecost church began

 Must reproduce itself Luke 8:11 “The seed is the Word of God” Field = Luke 8:15 “But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.”

Sower = teacher Faith – Jn. 8:24 Repentance – Lk. 13:3 Confession – Matt. 10:32-33 Baptism – Acts 2:38

 We must teach like the early Christians “Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word.” Acts 8:4  Became Fishers of men  God wants us to reproduce our self

 God Gave His Son --- Christ Gave His Life  We are to be not just a convert but a converter ! “For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food.” Heb. 5:12

Plant kingdom = Seed Animal kingdom = Seed Spiritual kingdom Seed = Word of God Field = Mind of men Sower = teacher, every Christian

"Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.”

“went everywhere preaching the word” Acts 8:4 God’s law of reproduction requires that we SPREAD THE WORD !
