Personal Statement I truly feel that all children can learn and even learn at high levels. In the education field, we must strive to teach to all learning styles and alter our instructional methods to reach out to all students. Educators must continue to strengthen their skills at all levels in order to educate the students of today. Technology is a big part of children’s lives these days and it must be utilized in the classroom. Schools need the support of the community for education to be successful. Collaboratively, the school and community should always strive for excellence. All learning should take place in a safe environment free of discrimination and prejudice. If all of this is employed, education will continue to be a success in the now and in the future. (ISLLC 1,2,3,4,5,6)
