The Annunciator Program consists of a number of screens being displayed in a loop. Each screen is customizable by any administrator so that new events, meetings and announcements can be added when needed. The length of display for each screen can be changed, as well as the order of the screens. All changes are done through the Annunciator “Click & Go” Editors.

Included with the Annunciator System is a custom initial attract loop. Crafted by a member of our in-house graphic design staff, the animation will conform to the wishes of the client in terms of design, content and layout. In most cases, the loop of screens displayed through the Annunciator System begins with the initial attract loop. The animation provides a vivid animation that will catch visitors’ attention so that they can benefit from the information that is being presented.

After the initial attract animation loop, you decide what screens are presented next. The Annunciator System comes with a library of templates that are used as backgrounds for the content that is entered. The Annunciator System also allows you to import new templates that have been developed independently. The following screens show real examples of the myriad of applications the Annunciator System can be used for.

Birthing Center In recognition of the needs of expectant parents, Raritan Bay Medical Center has opened a birthing center in the Old Bridge Division. A birthing center is an alternative site for giving birth which provides full maternity care in a home-like environment. Emphasis is placed upon prenatal education & family involvement in the childbirth process. The center will be staffed by certified nurse midwives and obstetrically trained nurses. It consists of two birthing rooms, exam rooms, a kitchen conference room and offices.

Not only is the Annunciator a fantastic tool for presenting information, but it is also easy to maintain! The Annunciator “Click & Go” Editors are designed to allow any user to enter information and to arrange the sequence of screens to be displayed quickly and easily. Once they have selected the sequence, they can view the screens and their order directly from their workstation. The next few slides will show the process of making changes in the Annunciator Editor of one of our client’s.

This is an example of of the “Click & Go” Editor for our FedEx Client. From this menu you can edit Events... …the map locations associated with each event... …and the sequence each screen is displayed. When the Edit Events button is pressed...

…you click here to add a listing... …then enter all of the information into these fields... …and complete the process by clicking the ‘exit’ button.

Now the display is updated with all of the information that you entered.
