Frecuency words can be used at the begining, in the middle or at the end of the tense. It depends on the emphasis you can give to your idea. I study in class always. Always I study in class. I always study in class.
Examples: I always wake up at 6:00 o’clock. You often go to the sport club. She sometimes plays table games with me. Richard rarely goes to vacation. They seldom do homeworks. I never say bad words.
