Roundtable on Entrepreneurship Education - Program Highlights - Business Plan (and other) courses for Sci and Tech U.Grads (450 course places) Lectureships to develop and deliver graduate “Enterprise” courses Scholarships for “Enterprise Extensions” to PhD students (6 scholarships p.a.) Fund the creation of a wide range of teaching materials Support UCL wide “Entrepreneurs’ Club” activities (350 on e-challenge) What we do at UCL

Roundtable on Entrepreneurship Education - Program Highlights - CTES Programme 9 month long, full time scholarship programme carrying no academic qualification In 2003/04 the programme had 52 students (none from Europe) –Most post-doctoral technologists –based in 36 departments in 14 different UK universities training delivered by London Business School, Imperial and Cambridge and generated 10 spinouts which captured >$35Million funding 12 small companies developed new product lines / services or license deals Ford Motor Corporation saving >$800k annually in its R&D division In 2004/05 the programme will operate with 94 students in 18 different universities
