Public Access – The Benefits Visit the site as often as desired Register on the web site and receive automatic – updates – Notifications View other licences and applications View documents (future modification)

Improvements to the registration system Licensing will now register all Parish and Town Councils on their behalf. Receive a unique log-in and registration details. This will relieve some of the administration burden and ensure that all Parish and Town Councils have the immediate ability to utilise the system.

Improvements to the Search Criteria Licensing will save the relevant search criteria for each Parish and Town Council so they will automatically receive the weekly notifications for their ward. This will take away the “set up” responsibility from the Parish and Town Councils.

What is included? Proposed licensable activities and proposed hours for licensable activities on the new record. Have the ability to print off information from the Public Access System to present to Parish and Town Council meetings for discussion. Will remove the requirement to contact Licensing to find out details of the application

Training & Development training sessions will be available the system will be trialled Contact: Stephen Eyre – Licensing Team Leader Tel:
