This specialized subject is training the students to master the knowledge of law and ask us to know the law of our country's legal and the party's policies and can in state organs, enterprises, institutions and social organizations, especially in the legislature, administrative organs, Prosecution, judicial organs, arbitration institutions and legal service institutions engaged in the work of law.

The students of the specialized subject study the basic theory and basic knowledge of law, have the basic training of the thinking of law and Legal practice and have the ability of use of legal theory and method to analyze the problem and use legal affairs in management and breaches.

The graduates should have the following a few knowledge and ability: 1. Master the law of various disciplines basic theory and basic knowledge; 2. Master the basic law analysis method and technology; 3. Understand the theory of law legal construction of the frontier and trend;

4. Familiar with our country law and the party's policies; 5. With using legal knowledge to understand the issues and ability to deal with problems.

Main course: jurisprudence, Chinese legal system, the constitution, the administrative law and administrative procedure law, civil law, commercial law, intellectual property rights, economic law, criminal law, civil procedure law, international law, international private law and international economic law and other major practical teaching links: including apprentice, legal advice, social survey, project debate, mock trial, mystery and practice, the general debate.

For example: Civil Law

 In our country, a civil trail is composed of a judge some juries and a plaintiff, a defendant. A trail is the plaintiff’s opportunity to argue his or her case, hoping that he or she could obtain a judgment against the defendant by offering evidence. Then defendants will have chances to refute their counterparts’ case and offer his or her own evidence related to the dispate.  After this procedure,the judge and jury will consider who should be responsible for the dispute and whether he or she should be compensate for it.

 There is one truth you should bear in mind in civil law: The plaintiff’s right and obligation are equal to the dependant’s.  In most conditions,the vast majority of civil disputes are solved before trial because of the settlement between the parties,alternative dispute resolution process like arbitration and mediation or through dismissal of the case.

Criminal law

 Criminal law is a regulation crime, criminal responsibility and punishment laws,is the first to power, is to maintain the ruling class political dominance and economic benefit.According to its class will,what behavior is the crime and regulations shall bear criminal responsibility, given what the sinner criminal punishment laws.  Criminal law is a crime and punishment regulation of legal relation of its legality.Criminal law is a independent department.

 Criminal law refer to the crime for regulation object,investigation, around crime cognizance and penalty discretion,execution and procedure of legal nouns of combined.
