Section 1 Objectives The students will understand the rules and guidelines of the driver’s education program. The students will investigate the process of obtaining and maintaining a driver’s license. The students will know and understand the vehicle inspection and registration process. The students will know and understand the rules and regulations that determine right of way. The students will recognize, understand, and describe the laws related to signs, signals, and markings. Your License If under 18, all first time driver’s licenses are issued from the local juvenile and domestic relations court. Also, under 18 years old, you may carry only one passenger for the first year of your license.
