RESOLUTION #328 OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN “ABOUT MEASURES FOR IMPLEMENTATION SYSTEM OF THE ASSESSMENT OF IMPACT OF ACTS OF THE LEGISLATION ON BUSINESS ACTIVITY” LAWS AND REGULATIONS The adoption of this regulation allowed to use elements of the System of Regulatory Impact Assessment on a pilot basis during exercising control over the implementation of the existing legislation in the field of: obtaining different permits on the business activity; liquidation of the business entities; attracting foreign investments; sanitary inspection.
