Office of P-16 Initiatives Overview The Office of P-16 Initiatives manages a suite of college access and success- focused initiatives that promote postsecondary access and success among low- income students across Tennessee. Memphis Latino Student Success Collaborative

$4.2 million in federal funding for 7 years, $29.5 million total. Provides direct services to “the cohort” and seniors at participating schools. Cohort: Class of 2018, beginning in the 7th grade  1st year in postsecondary education. Over the next 7 years, GEAR UP TN will provide services to over 37,500 students. GEAR UP TN
