Phase II: Observe and video classroom instruction related to implementation of OK9EE for study. Phase III: Provide interview protocols, results of study, and district and site audit tool. What Works In Oklahoma Schools?

“[OSDE] demonstrates a desire to help our kids be successful.” “[OSDE] truly wants to be a partner with us.” “SST provides needed focus and strengthened site teams ability to develop plans to address the achievement of students.” How might OSDE determine effectiveness? “Conduct interviews and develop pre- and post- support surveys.” Applauded quality of PD, onsite support, expert consultants, online resources, school improvement documents for developing and planning support from SSTs. Need more focus on school climate. Very organized, systematic approach to continuous improvement
