Classroom Managers Mrs. Holewinski

Daily Log Manager Students responsibility is to copy information off the overhead into the book each day. Be sure to always put the date and the day of the week. At the end of the day if something was added or deleted it must also be entered into the book If there is not over head or warm-up that day the manager will still need to write into the log the classroom activities of the day. Ex: Test Days or Substitute Days

Attendance Manager Take attendance within the first five minutes of class If people come in tardy, please change it in the book Keep the book for the first 10 minutes and be sure to record all tardies Alert teacher when an individual has over two tardies

Basket Manager Collect assignments at the end of the day and place in the appropriate spot Everyday when you enter the class be sure to check and see if papers need to be passed back and please pass them back.

Binder Manager Make sure binders are lined up properly on the shelf. Alternate binders so all binders will fit Wait till everyone has left, to be sure all binders are organized and then please close the door

Floor Manager Five minutes before class is over walk around the room and quietly ask people to pick up paper and trash and throw them away Any stray garbage should be picked up and thrown away Stay after class to clean up any trash that is left behind.

Eating Privileges You may bring a healthy class or drink to class as long as it is not disruptive to the class and is thrown in the garbage when finished If trash is not picked up the eating privileges will be removed

Table Manager 5 minutes before class is over, walk around the room and look at desktops – move books if necessary If the desk is dirty, spray the desk and give the person a paper towel to clean it off Keep tack of frequent offenders

Table of Contents Manager Manager will be responsible for writing down assignments on the table of contents and hanging on the cupboard. It must be updates daily Please see me at the end of class to update the T.O.C

Television Manager Make sure that the television is on channel 33 before announcements start in third period.

Recycable Waste Collection Manager Will empty the recycable bins once a week Examples: White paper bin Plastic bottle bin
