Global Warming Sevgi Cetinkaya

Description increase of the mean temperature in the Earth’s atmosphere and oceans specially the climatic changes through the mankind.

Causes Mainly cause: Greenhouse Gases Solar Activity Volcanic Emissions Aerosol (particulate material)

Effects affects human health rise of the sea level oceans absorb carbon dioxide  affects the whole ecosystem of the oceans evaporation  drought and precipitation destructiveness of hurricans get bigger

IPCC two oragnizations: the World Meteorological Oranization, the United Nations Environment Programme report about the conditon of the global warming and of the risks their stated aims: 1. human-induced climate change 2. the impacts of human-induced climate change 3. options for adaptation and mitigation (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change)

Global Warming in the Future based on the prognosis of carbon dioxide and other gases globally averaged warming 3.0°

What can we do? Strategies of mitigation: carbon offsets renewable energy carbon caputre and storage population control planetary engineering

Thank you for your attention !!!
