It comprises of: Directors Summits – leading edge supply chain issues and their impact on business performance Director Interchanges – opportunity to discuss shared issues with true peers in structured and facilitated manner Supply Chain Workshops – on site follow up to determine ways to improve supply chain business processes and to apply the learning from programme activities Supply Chain Research Projects – provide participation in short focused projects on any aspect of supply chain management of interest to members Directors Virtual Network – on going web-based discussions, facilitated by Delos on issues of common interest or concern
