© The Delos Partnership 2005 Purpose Provides continuing professional development programme Helps the Supply Chain Director serve as proficient business executive Helps other members of executive team to understand business opportunities and issues associated with supply chain management Allows the supply chain team to explore and apply current and emerging ideas that will improve performance Provides access to outstanding thought leaders in the field of supply chain and business management Provides opportunities for informal off the record discussion of shared issues, concerns and challenges with a group of like minded peers

© The Delos Partnership 2005 What is it? The Forum provides a range of activities designed to address the specific needs of the Supply Chain Director and to use time effectively. It comprises of: Directors Summits – leading edge supply chain issues and their impact on business performance Director Interchanges – opportunity to discuss shared issues with true peers in structured and facilitated manner Supply Chain Workshops – on site follow up to determine ways to improve supply chain business processes and to apply the learning from programme activities Supply Chain Research Projects – provide participation in short focused projects on any aspect of supply chain management of interest to members Directors Virtual Network – on going web-based discussions, facilitated by Delos on issues of common interest or concern
