Quebec

Introduction Quebec is a province in east central canada.It is only canadian province with large french speaking population and its official language is french.Quebec is the largest province in canada but it is less populated than Ontario.Quebec is even larger than many countrys in the world.

Location It is between the atlantic provinces and central canada.On its west it is bordered by Ontario,James bay and Hudson bay,The provice of newbrunswic,labrodor and newfoundland on its east and in the south.

Climate Quebec has three main climate regions.Southern and western Quebec have hot and humid summers with 1,OOO millimetres of precipitations each year,and very cold and snowy winters.In central Quebec,winters are long very cold and snowy,summers are warm and short.

Physical Features The incredible land of animals and plant life.The province has clear rivers,and lakes,lush forest,and rugged cliffs.

Natural resourses Quebec has enourmous natural resources gold,diamond,zinc and silver.Quebec makes more Aluminium than any other province.The st lawrence river valley is a fertile region.

Sports Quebec cold winters provide exciting sporting opportunities.Hockey,skating,snowshoing, and skiing are populer ways to spend the day.
