Capital Market The major function of a stock exchange is assisting, regulating and controlling business in buying, selling and dealing in securities. Obviously, the stock exchange acts as a market for the purchase and sale of listed industrial and financial securities.

Capital Market Merchant or Investment Banking: Am Investment bank is a financial institution that raises capital, trade in securities and manages corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Capital Market Merchant or Investment Banking: Investment banks profit from companies and government by raising money through issuing and selling securities in the capital markets (both equity & bond) and bond markets, as well as providing advance on transactions such as merger and acquistions.
