Federal Aviation Administration SL-2 Wrap up  Review the Preliminary Gap analysis ratings, do they match the definitions in the Gap tool?  Make adjustments if necessary  We have just completed a Preliminary Gap Analysis  Keep in mind the purpose of the Preliminary Gap Analysis discussed during the orientation  Within six months you should have:  Completed a Detailed Gap Analysis with mutual agreement  Developed a comprehensive Implementation Plan and training plan with mutual agreement  Completed all Level 1 Exit Criteria  Completed an Exit Level 1 validation meeting with the PMT

Federal Aviation Administration SL-3 Wrap up  FAA’s Certificate Management (CM), Type Certification and ODA activities will continue as usual  Changes to the quality system will continue to be reviewed and approved per existing FAA policy  The PMT will work with you from this point forward and throughout the pilot project  Within the next few weeks the POC and PMT Lead will schedule ongoing meetings / telecons The PMT will work closely together in initial discussions and activities  Schedule an exit level one validation meeting date
