Change of Transportation Send a note in the red folder or call the office by 10:00am. If you call the office, please send me an as well to keep me in the loop. It is VERY important that you not ONLY me with the change. Some days I don’t check or phone calls until 3pm. Mrs. Thorp, our receptionist must have all of your transportation changes.

Early Pick Up Check out your child from the front office. They will then call for your child. You can’t take your child from the classroom, especially at the end of special events. The latest time you can pick up your child is 2:15 P.M. If you need to pick your child up early for an appointment please let me know in the morning.

Lunch Come for lunch! The students love seeing you at lunch! Younger siblings are welcome! Please wait by the café doors for our class. All 5 classes will enter through the same doors so if it gets crowed please step out of the way. This will allow us to get all the kids into lunch in a timely manner.

Fuel Café Please look at the website to understand what your child can get. There are two different meal options each day with different prices - $2.95 (regular meal) vs $4.50 (Eagle Meal) Go online and sign up for your free account at myschoolbucks.com See what your child is eating and add restrictions as needed (snacks, ice cream, $4.50 meal)

Lunch/Ice Cream/School Store Money Send money in a zip-lock bag with child’s name, purpose and my name. Ice cream is sold on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. School store is open on Friday mornings. I will remind students to get their money, but if the students forget their money in the classroom they are NOT allowed to come back for it – ice cream and school store.

PTO Have you joined PTO? It’s only $15/family! Most of the money raised this year will benefit the students this year! YEA!!!!

Assembly Days Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings I’ll meet the students in the gym. Say your goodbyes at the gym. Please don’t walk through the school with your child and our class. This is a school rule for safety and security. Once we leave the gym we have started our day.

Broadcast Days Tuesday and Thursday mornings we will have Morning Broadcast in our classroom. If you arrive before 7:35, go to the gym. If you arrive after 7:35, go to our classroom. Parents are welcome to watch the broadcast in the library.
