Has the innovation you are proposing to the Board already met critical mass in society? If it has not met critical mass, which of the four strategies for achieving critical mass do you recommend to the Board for your innovation? I do not believe it has met critical mass in society. In order for Moodle to meet critical mass, it needs to be introduced to a small group with in the system. After Moodle has met critical mass within the small group, then Moodle can be introduced to the entire school. I do not believe it has met critical mass in society. Need for Moodle I feel there is a need for Moodle in today's classrooms. Today’s students live in a world of technology. Schools need to implement and utilize technology to gain student attention and develop interest in learning. Schools also need to look at the workforce and the skills students need to be successful. Incorporating work ready skills will help students to be able to apply a real world attitude toward their learning. I feel there is a need for Moodle in today's classrooms. Moodle is one innovation that can be used to help teach students about real world work experiences. Companies utilize Moodle as a means of training and company management. As students become familiar with using Moodle they are developing real world work skills they can use in the future.
