STEWARDSHIP  The important reasons  Gives us power and are not overpowered  Using resources that we have on the earth  Obligation to share with our community-love, time, talents, possessions with others

THE HOLY TRINITY

THE FATHER, THE SON, THE HOLY SPIRIT  The Holy Trinity describes the mystical idea of “the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit”  All of these aspects describe God-all of these persons are God  “All 3 persons is God”  “Tri” means 3 & “Unity” means 1  Tri+Unity=Trinity

THE FATHER, THE SON, THE HOLY SPIRIT  There is a complete presence of God in all of the Father, the Son, & the Holy Spirit  This faith in God is seen in creeds or our written statement of our beliefs

THE FATHER  Known as the Creator  Source of life

THE SON OF GOD  Known as Jesus Christ  the “Savior”  Gave himself to save us  God is Jesus because Jesus is the son

THE HOLY SPIRIT  Inspires, guides, and makes the lives of the believers holy

EXAMPLES OF THE HOLY TRINITY IN SCRIPTURE  And the angel answered and said to her [Mary], "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; and for that reason the holy offspring shall be called the Son of God." (Luke 1:35)  "He who has seen Me has seen the Father."
