The National Representative is responsible for the contact between the sections of a country and the international level. The CNR supervises the work of the Board, and must be consulted on budgetary, strategic and policy matters. It can reverse Board decisions. The Board must meet with the CNR once, right after the AGM, and at least three times during the year.
