WHAT TO DO? The best thing to do in Louisiana is probably got to New Orleans. If you are wondering what is so special about that city well it holds the biggest party of the year called Mardi Gras. Everyone is wearing purple, green, and gold, and adorned with long beads caught from the beautiful floats. You'll see a lot of crazy costumes, kids everywhere, and both locals and visitors having a great time. People sit on the ground, throw balls, play music, eat great food and watch the crowds walk by between parades. During Mardi Gras, all of the businesses and roads are practically shut down. People walk everywhere and meet new friends it is also called Fat Tuesday. In New Orleans there is a street called the French Quarter it is all French Themed and on that whole street there are people riding on horses. MAKE SURE TO GET A BENAE!!
