Embedding Video From Discovery Streaming First thing we need to do is open up DE Streaming. Find a video clip that you would like to download and save that clip in your I drive. Open up and look for this. Select the file you want to convert in step 1. In the drop-down box in Step 2 look for flv (flash video files) Enter the where you would like Zamzar to send your file

You should get an from Zamzar that looks like this You can retrieve the file by click one of two links. After you have the file downloaded, click on the Insert tab and highlight flash video file. From there you should be able to embed the video in SMART Notebook. Other websites you can use to convert to flash include:
