For UV glue lamination, we suggest to laminate cover window with printing at the latest step to avoid weak adhesion under printing area. Please refer to the proposed lamination flow. Display+touch sensor by UV glue=> window+(Display+touch sensor) by OCA=>metal frame assembly by adhesive Possible to laminate frame before display/touch? (UV curing limitation?) It’s possible if the shape of metal frame would not interference with the lamination between display/touch. Recommendation for process if gluing frame after display? (HAF possible? Liquid glue? Etc…) Display+touch sensor by UV glue=>window+(Display+touch sensor) by OCA => metal frame assembly with window by adhesive/HAF/liquid glue(depends on the requirement of mechanical strength) Window Touch sensor + OCA Metal Frame OCA Display
