What will you need for your coursework?  E-Books (from netLibrary or Ebrary and Sage e- Reference)  Journal articles (accessible from EBSCO’s Education Research Complete, ERIC or PsycInfo, plus many others)  Help guides  Illiad (interlibrary loan delivery!)  Citation Guides (APA style)

 How do the publications differ?  Who writes the articles?  Who would read this and why?  What range of topics is included?

Hint: Divide your topic into its components and use “or” to combine synonymous terms in separate keyword fields.

Make sure you note your “distance student” status when you create your Illiad account. This allows for home delivery of materials.

 Use quotations to keep a keyword phrase intact (words will be searched in the specific order) Examples:  “No Child Left Behind”  “information literacy”
