Background Information Example #1 Bullying in North America has been on the rise. In 2008, adolescents reported being physically or verbally abused by their peers. With changes in technology, programs such as facebook, msn, and my space, have aided in the growth of “cyberbullying”. A form of bullying that is much more difficult to detect.
