The original building was built in 1845 at the site where a mill used to stand upon a creek and next to it a tavern “U Zelené žáby” (The Green Frog). This building was later extended with a coffee saloon. During 1870 – 1872 the spas were extended and reconstructed in a neo-Renaissance style according to the plans of the Teplice builder.
