Fire Safety Equipment Be prepared for a fire. Have fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and other devices that will protect you. Always have at least 3 smoke detectors. Have at least 2 fire extinguishers.
How To Prevent Fire If your clothes catch on fire stop, drop and roll. Never play with matches or lighters. Keep fire tools away from children.
Cooking Safety Never cook too many foods at one time. Always watch pots and pans while cooking on the stove. Never turn all burners on!!!
Smoke Detectors In about 1/3 of the fires that occurred in American homes, the smoke detectors were not working. When you hear a beeping sound in your house it’s a smoke detector.
Planning Your Escape Plan your escape before a fire happens. Your fire escape should have at least 2 meeting places.
Do Not Play With Fire Never give matches or lighters to children. Do not leave stoves unattended!!! Tell all your family members Don’t Play With Fire !!!!!!!!
