Institute of Agriculture and Seed Science “Obraztsov Chiflik” (IASS) – Rousse wasfounded in 1905 as a successor of the Agricultural Experimental Station. It is situated in theNorthern climatic region of the Danubian Plane, where the climate is continental. Soils inthe region are mainly strongly leached, leached, and carbonate chernozem. The complex character of the activities of the IASS “Obaraztsov chiflik” will be carried on in perspective. Some results of the arrangement from long-term experiment, which is the longest year in the country has been created data base included round of parameters: yields of four field plants breeding in crop rotation, quantity indexes of the crop, agro-chemical and micro- biological characteristic of the soil, meteorological conditions and so on. The obtained data are interesting for agricultural producers, and can be used as experimental material for scientists, working at multidisciplinary researches, but represent interest and for agricultural producers and teachers. 2 nd BFN Meeting Romania Nov 2009
