 Can be difficult but is possible Nicotine Withdrawal, the process that occurs in the body when nicotine is no longer used  Can lead to irritability, difficulty concentrating, anxiety, and poor sleep To relieve symptoms, nicotine substitutes are used, products that deliver small amounts of nicotine into the user’s system while he or she is trying to give up the habit  Gum, patches, nasal sprays, and inhalers
