 Darrel was a skinny and short freshmen that went to Bluford high school.  Tyray was a tall and muscular boy that also was a freshmen at Bluford high school.

 The setting of this book mainly took place in a dirty school in California during the summer. That was there for many years.

 The conflict in this story is a boy named Darrel is moving to California. Also later in the story he is getting bullied by Tyray. And Darrel has been paying Tyray his mothers hard earn money.  The type of conflict is man vs. man and it is external  The resolution of this story is a day before spring brake in the cafeteria Tyray pretended like he had trip and spilt Darrel’s food on him. So the janitor came out she was a old lady who had back problems. So Darrel could not stand to see people go through. So he told Tyray to come clean it up. Then Tyray try to hit Darrel and he did his favorite double leg takedown that he learned from wrestling and broke Tyray’s arm.

 My prediction of the story was that Darrel was going to move to California. And he was going to bully and pick on people smaller than him.but it turns out he was the one getting bullied and getting picked on.

The theme of the story should be is don’t mess with people because what goes around comes right back around. And also treat others the way you want to be treated.
