Behavior Ladder Level 4: Independent worker, prepared, responsible went above and beyond in behavior and work. Level 3: Active listener, prepared, follows rules and directions. Work completed on time. Everyone comes in as a level 3. Level 3 is VERY good! Level 2: Needed reminders to follow class and/or school rules today, behavior was a distraction to learning, and/or not all work was completed in a quality manner. Level 1: Noisy, unsafe, or out of control today. Behavior made it hard for me and/or others to learn. A pink slip will be sent home for a parent signature and a consequence will take place. **Behavior ladders need to be signed nightly. **If your child receives less than 15 points on their weekly behavior ladder, they do not earn their Good Citizenship Time on Friday.
